All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation. A booking is confirmed only when you receive a confirmation email from Albago Estates with your reservation details.
A refundable security deposit may be required for certain properties. This deposit will be returned within 7-14 business days after check-out, provided there is no damage to the property and all house rules have been followed.
Our cancellation policy varies by property and booking dates. The following general terms apply:
Full refund minus a 10% administrative fee
50% refund of total booking amount
No refund available
Cancellations must be submitted in writing via email. Specific properties may have different cancellation policies, which will be clearly stated at the time of booking.
Property owners who list their properties with Albago Estates enter into a separate management agreement that outlines:
All properties managed by Albago Estates must meet our quality standards, including proper licensing, safety compliance, and maintenance requirements. We reserve the right to remove properties from our platform that do not meet these standards.
Albago Estates acts as an intermediary between property owners and guests. To the fullest extent permitted by law:
We strongly recommend that all guests obtain travel insurance covering trip cancellation, medical emergencies, and personal liability. Property owners are required to maintain appropriate property and liability insurance for their rental properties.

All content on the Albago Estates website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, videos, and software, is the property of Albago Estates or its content suppliers and is protected by international copyright laws.
You may view and download content for personal, non-commercial use only. Any other use, including reproduction, modification, distribution, or republication, without prior written permission is strictly prohibited.
